An amazing presentation by the stop motion professor Hal Miles!
After a discussion about his career in the industry, Hal talked about his classes, the stop motion process, and his collection of amazing animation archives. He screen student work as well as his own "The Madness of Being" and also showed examples of puppetry.
The special guest of the evening was the original prototype used in "The Nightmare Before Christmas"!
If anyone has a few pictures, we would LOVE to see them! Post them up!

This was a great meeting and I now plan to take Hal's class in the spring.

I thoroughly enjoyed that presentation, and plan to join the same class Sean does.
